LIU HE ZI RAN MEN
NATURAL STYLE KUNG FU

Zi Ran Men (or Ziranmen) Kung Fu has it's roots in ancient Taoist philosophy, and encompasses physical training, Qigong (or Chi Kung) and fighting techniques. Liu He Men (or Liuhe) Kung Fu is derived from the Yue style of Shaolin Kung Fu. It combines both soft and hard techniques and is based on the theory of "Six Harmonies". The style incorporates strength and flexibility training and is renowned for its fluid and effective fighting practices.

Natural Style Kung Fu strips away what is unnecessary, and develops the "essence" of martial arts, thus it is assertive, uncomplicated and direct. Movement is based upon the use of circular energy, where attack can become defense, or a block can become a strike. The mind is calm, decisive and spontaneous. Training is designed to develop an ideal state of health, protect the body's energy and master self defense. Learn more.
